Welcome to ICCSummit! If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy , govern our relationship with you in relation to your use of this website.
By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to iccsummit.com.au and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.
In order to use the ICCSummit Service and access any Content, you need to (1) be 18 years or older; (2) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws. You also promise that any registration information that you submit to ICCSummit is true, accurate, complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.
Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and ICCSummit’s rights and obligations to each other.
Enjoying ICCSummit
Billing
You may purchase a Paid Subscription directly from ICCSummit either by paying a subscription fee in advance on a (i) monthly basis or a (ii) yearly basis.
ICCSummit may change the price for Subscriptions from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If acceptable, you will be required to make the necessary changes to your direct debit arrangements. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the ICCSummit Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling the Subscription prior to the price change going into effect.
Renewal; Cancellation
Your payment to ICCSummit will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and your access to ICCSummit will discontinue from that day. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
4.3 Downgrading your plan
Should you decide to downgrade your plan, the downgrade will take effect the day after the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
4.4 Upgrading your plan
If you upgrade your plan, the features of the new plan will be available to you upon upgrade.
Using Our Service
The ICCSummit Service and the Content are the property of ICCSummit. We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the ICCSummit, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the Content (collectively, “Access”). This Access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you. You promise and agree that you are using the ICCSummit’ s Service and Content for your own personal, non-commercial use and that you will not redistribute or transfer the ICCSummit Service or the Content.
The ICCSummit software applications and the Content are not sold or transferred to you, and ICCSummit retain ownership of all copies of the applications and Content even after installation on your personal computers, mobile handsets, tablets, wearable devices, speakers and/or other devices (“Devices”).
All ICCSummit trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the ICCSummit are the sole property of ICCSummit. The Agreements do not grant you any rights to use any ICCSummit Brand Features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
You agree to abide by our User guidelines and not to use the ICCSummit’s Service, the Content, or any part thereof in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in the Agreements, ICCSummit grants no right, title, or interest to you in the ICCSummit Service or Content.
5.1 Group Viewing License
The Content is limited to personal use only and cannot be viewed in a group setting.
Limitation of Liability
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that ICCSummit is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICCsummit absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. ICCSummit gives no warranty that the documents, goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.
Whilst we, at all times endeavour to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
It is your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of ICCSummit to bear any and all costs of servicing, repairs, or correction.
